Supplier Quick Check
A 90 Minutes Interview to identify the maturity of a supplier in Software development, during supplier selection process.
This check has been executed >50 times. We have monitored if suppliers scored well were later on indeed performing well; and viceversa
ASPICE 4.0 assesments
By our internal Competent Assessor we have performed a number of assessments on the latest ASPICE PAM.
Assessments were done on complete products, which contain software.
Assessments were done on projects executed on multiple continents.
Functional Safety Audit & Assessments
A number of internal (lower ASIL) or informal audits & assessments have been performed.
From a small component supplier to a complete vehicle OEM.
Application of Functional Safety in LD and HD vehicles.
Cyber Security pre-audits & quick-checks
For the regulation demanded CSMS a pre-certification audit was performed at an OEM.
For a variety of components and vehicles a quick-check was performed to identify if risks were identified and mitigated properly, and without over-design.
SW-Q Quick check
For a existing US-based supplier that did not apply ASPICE, we have performed a SW-Q Quick check to see how mature they are today; regardless of a specific standard.
The Quick-check highlighted where key risks are already covered, and also showed improvement points.
