Supplier Quick Check

A 90 Minutes Interview to identify the maturity of a supplier in Software development, during supplier selection process.

This check has been executed >50 times. We have monitored if suppliers scored well were later on indeed performing well; and viceversa

 
SW-Q Quick check

For a existing US-based supplier that did not apply ASPICE, we have performed a SW-Q Quick check to see how mature they are today; regardless of a specific standard.

The Quick-check highlighted where key risks are already covered, and also showed improvement points.
